Plan International

Plan International is a global humanitarian organization working to advance children’s rights and combat inequality. As part of their advocacy work, we helped create "Fångad". An interactive film about and against child marriage, told from the perspective of a young person whose future is being decided by others.

The experience invites the viewer to step into her world and make choices, only to slowly reveal how few real choices she actually has. By using interactivity as a narrative tool, the film highlights the contrast between freedom and control, and the devastating impact of being denied agency over your own life.

My role focused on animation and visual storytelling, helping to shape a tone that was emotionally grounded, respectful, and impactful, supporting a story meant to raise awareness and spark reflection.

A thoughtful and important project, designed to bring a difficult topic closer to those who might otherwise never have to face it.
